  • Does CERCARE include airline costs?

    Travel expenses are not included in the weekly accommodation fees. While we don’t personally make your reservations, we are happy to help you with options for the best airline arrangement for you, if needed.

  • Should I purchase travel insurance?

    We recommend that you do! We all know how unexpected life can be. Knowing that your trip is insured will give you added peace of mind. We recommend comparing costs and coverage carefully as they can vary greatly.

  • I have food restrictions. How will that be addressed?

    We will have an initial consultation with you and we will take all of your information. We will work closely with the culinary crew at the property to make sure there are many delicious options for all food preferences.

  • Are there local services available, such as grocery stores, pharmacies or doctors?

    Yes! With the help of our local hosts, we will be sure to have access to all the necessities.

    If you have special medications you require, please be sure to bring them with you. It is possible that not every medication is available at a local pharmacy.

  • What should I pack?

    Before you pack, check the forecast for your destination.

    Think capsule wardrobe: a small set of mix-and-match pieces you can rewear, plus layers for changing weather and shoes you can walk in all day. For tech, bring a universal plug adapter.

  • I'd like to extend my stay. Are you able to help make arrangements?

    We think it’s awesome that you’d like to extend your stay! Although we don’t make arrangements, we’re happy to give advice or send you in the right direction from our personal experiences. Please let us know how we can help assist you!

  • Should I check a bag or just take carry on luggage?

    When it comes to packing, our motto is “Less is more”! However, you need to do what makes you feel most comfortable when traveling! Most of our properties will have laundry facilities and if not, we will let you know in advance. In addition, traveling with a carry-on takes away any worries of lost luggage.

  • How much cash should I bring?

    We recommend bringing a modest amount of Euros to start. If you need more, you will get a better conversion rate at a bank ATM, once in Italy. Most places take credit cards as well, so large amounts of cash are not necessary.

    We recommend you bring a credit card, debit card and a small amount of cash.

    *Please note that American Express and Discover cards may not be accepted at all locations.

  • I use marijuana legally in the US. Can I bring my medical prescription overseas?

    This is a tricky one. Please be sure to do your research fully on this topic. Each country has different laws. Doing your due diligence is imperative!!!

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days of the retreat dates.
